Who writes it

I'm Saurabh. I was born in Dehradun, went to college, moved to Gurgaon for a while and came back, because nowhere else had the bakeries, the evening walks up Rajpur Road or the quiet of the valley after rain. Doon Dekho is the guide I wanted when friends asked me where to go.

How places get on the site

Verified places (58 so far) have been checked by us. They get their own page with an area, budget, best time to go and a local tip.
Unverified listings come from public sources and are marked as such. We add details only after checking them, and owners can claim theirs.
